Logistics

Live visibility from warehouse to doorstep.

We build dispatch, tracking and warehouse tools for couriers, distributors and delivery businesses. Operations teams see every order, and customers know when it will arrive.

Industry challenges

The problems we hear most often.

We understand the obstacles you face and have practical ways to remove them.

  1. 01

No live view of the fleet

Dispatchers phone riders and drivers to find out where they are. Delays surface only when a customer complains.

  2. 02

    Manual dispatch and routing

Assigning orders by hand across cities and zones wastes fuel, time and rider capacity, especially on busy days.

  3. 03

    Cash collection gaps

COD cash passes through many hands before it reaches the bank. Without daily reconciliation, shortfalls are found too late.

  4. 04

    Customers chasing updates

When customers cannot see where their parcel is, they call support. Every avoidable call is a cost and a poor impression.

Built for real operations

Built in from the first sprint.

Logistics software runs all day in the field, so we design it to stay accurate, available and accountable.

High availability

Core services run with redundancy and health checks so dispatch keeps working through peak hours.

Offline-first sync

Rider apps store actions on the device and sync when signal returns, so no delivery goes unrecorded.

Cash accountability

Every COD collection is tied to a rider, an order and a handover record, so cash is traceable end to end.

Location privacy

Rider location is tracked only during duty hours and shown only to authorised staff.

Audit trails

Status changes, reassignments and edits are logged with the user, time and location.

Open integrations

Documented APIs and webhooks let stores, marketplaces and partners connect without custom work each time.

FAQs

Logistics: common questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do the rider apps work without internet?

Yes. Riders can scan parcels, mark deliveries and record cash offline. The app syncs automatically once a connection returns.

Can you integrate with the couriers we already use?

Yes. We integrate with courier APIs such as TCS, Leopards, PostEx and Trax, and with the stores and marketplaces that send you orders.

Can route planning handle incomplete addresses?

Addresses in Pakistan are often informal, so we combine geocoding with landmarks, saved customer pins and rider feedback to improve accuracy over time.
